It's only the first week of the young season but if you were looking for a possible NL Rookie of the Year Candidate, you need not look further than the roster of the defending champions, San Francisco Giants.
Brandon Belt earned his first major championship last night against the Dodgers in Los Angeles and a little more than a day later, he hit his first major launch of the league at home.
Now the young man is starting to show why in baseball the Giants thought so highly of his potential.

Giants think that part of the first base that was deployed against their rival Dodgers, despite playing only one season in the minor leagues.
If the belt may continue to deliver a constant dose of power for the Giants, may finally tracked fields give a true power threat in the middle of their lineup - something they did not last year.
With its strong and solid spring season begins, there may be a fair game for a permanent place on San Francisco file.
