Selling New York’ Recap

Selling New York’ Recap: This week on Selling New York, the Kleiers are trying to find a recently married couple, the Flanders, a new property. They’re selling their current apartment for $3.3 million. The husband bought the property with his first wife, but he and his new wife have been living there for some time. The couple is looking for an apartment that’s a bit bigger because they have four children.

Barbara Orbison, widow of Roy Orbison, is looking for an apartment with Warburg. She is located in New York in search of a property for rent. The first department to look is in the business district, but to find a rental will certainly be a challenge. Barbara enjoys the view in the apartment. The house is unique because it appears to be leather on floors and walls. The rent is $ 10,000 per month, and Barbara still want to see other properties.

Kleiers begin to appear in Flanders, in some apartments. The first property is $ 3,500,000. This function is very high ceilings, wooden floors and comfortable. They keep their house, but have expressed interest in the position to rent rather than buy one yourself.

Barbara and head Realtor Warburg Tribeca apartment to another. The apartment has stunning views to the east with lots of light passing through windows. Barbara loves the layout of the apartment and many functions it has to offer. She is much happier with what the polling day, on this occasion they have seen the day before.

The Klei take clients to view properties for rent. We visit a house that costs $ 13,000 per month. Flanders love the marble floors and views of the house. They like it because the rent is paid in taxes per month, so if you could sell your current floor, would be an excellent choice.

Barbara Orbison is looking for a Tribeca loft later. The ceilings are nearly 20 feet long and costs $ 9,000 per month. The light in this apartment is also good, but it is not love cooking. Eventually, Barbara decides that such a provision is not his, though.

Kleier The Flanders try to sell current property. They have problems with cooking, but because they believe it is fixed in order to sell the property. They decide that maybe the best solution would be to reduce the price of the apartment.

At Warburg, Deborah just talked to a realtor colleagues. They decide that Deborah should go flat Barbara Barbara research because it can not decide what to do, and I think Deborah if you spend more time looking for rental housing will be a loss of personal time.

The Kleier has decided to request $ 3,100,000 to the apartment of Flanders, and, therefore, someone decided to make an offer when the opportunity to fix the kitchen is at hand. With the sale of their apartment in time, he began to think of Flanders where they want to live next door.
