With the new iPhone 4S will go on sale in two days, Apple on Wednesday released the IOS 5, the latest version of its mobile operating system for iPhone, IPAD, IPod and communication devices. In addition, the company released Mac OS X 10.7.2, an update that includes support for Safari 5.1.1 and iCloud, which is also open for business on Wednesday.
5 IOS is particularly important for Apple, as it relates to areas where the IOS devices behind Android, such as wireless synchronization and updates, and because it helps to use the service iCloud from Apple, the key strategic initiatives and major investments for the company.
Apple said IOS 5 includes over 200 new features. The nine issue.
Software updates over the Wi-Fi.
Android users have long enjoyed wirelessly synchronize and update the software. Apple, had to catch up, and, finally, there is. You must connect your device to your computer IOS with the cable serves only to remind users how IOS, limiting them. Good riddance.
Improve the camera software
Now you can run the iPhone / IPod Touch fourth-generation camera, double-clicking the home. And you can take a picture using the volume up button. Score one for simplicity. The software update also adds additional grid lines to help frame shots, pinch to zoom, support for the preview, the ability to hit the camera roll on the preview screen and the ability to click and hold to lock focus and exposure. (IPad 2 and IPod Touch 4th generation only support the exposure lock and focus lock is not.)
iCloud support
Although iCloud is not well suited for backing up large amounts of data - Apple only offers up to 50 GB - users with a modest number of images and multimedia files to find the service convenient way to make their files available to all of its IOS and Mac OS X Lion devices. Of course, this is better than the old method - a synchronization cable to ITunes and drag and drop to copy files from ITunes to your desktop.
IMessage
On the IMessage, you can send an unlimited number of text messages at no cost except your time to other IOS 5 users. Best of all, you do not have to change your text habits - IMessage service in Messaging application.

Notifications
The system of Push Notification, who arrived in IOS 3, has been significantly improved. Instead, intrusive modal dialog boxes that are used to pop up notifications appear briefly banners over the screen. Messages can be viewed in a notification center, accessible from any application, spending down from the top of the screen.
Reminders
Apple's version of the To-Do List is important because the reminders based on location and work through Ceske, Outlook, and iCloud. Thus, a reminder to stop by the drugstore on the way home will appear on your iPhone, as you walk into a pharmacy. Reminders can be set using the Siri, the new voice recognition software available in the upcoming iPhone from Apple 4S.
Twitter Integration
Now you can log in to twitter and tweet times from different applications, including cameras, maps, photos, Safari and YouTube. And fortunately, Apple has not made the existing Twitter clients superfluous.
Under the hood
Along with visible improvements in the mail from Apple and calendar applications, IOS, there are many new features in Cisco IOS 5, which are not always obvious. Many of these are related to any IOS devices interface with corporate IT systems. For example, IT administrators can disable the email forwarding to prevent the messages from the company sent to external accounts. They can also turn off the synchronization with iCloud or ITunes, thus limiting the replication of files on personal systems.
New Interfaces API
Apple represents 1,500 new API for developers that allow third party developers to use the IOS five improvements. So in the coming months, we expect to see a lot of applications that integrate with other services and iCloud Apple.
IOS 5 requires iPhone 3GS, 4 or 4S, IPod Touch 3rd or 4th generation, or any of the two models IPad released so far. It is available through Itunes.
